Toner
Toner is a developer, mainly divided into two types: magnetic and non-magnetic. After the toner is transferred to the paper, the machine heats and fixes the toner on the paper to form an image that is not easy to detach.
Wiper Blade (WB)
The cleaning blade is mainly used for cleaning. After the OPC is transferred, it cleans the remaining toner on the surface of the OPC.
Doctor Blade(DB)
The function of the doctor blade is to seal and control quantity of the toner on the MR or DR, and form a uniform toner layer on the surface of MR and DR.
Primary Charge Roller(PCR)
The primary charge roller is the charging part. During the printing process, the high voltage produced on the part ionizes the air, forming a uniform charge on the surface of the OPC.
Developing Roller(DR)
The developing roller is the key component of contact developing. During the imaging process, it contacts with the OPC and transfers the toner to the OPC.
Magnetic Roller(MR)
The magnetic roller is a magnetic component that provides toner to the OPC developing area during the imaging process.
Organic Photo Conductor(OPC)
Hotosensitive, used to form a latent image after laser irradiation, the organic photo conductor is the key component of development.
Yellow Pull Tab
Seal the ink cartridge to prevent it from ink leakage before using, and the pull tab needs to be removed before installation
Chip
For counting, recognization, storage
