1. Press the up arrow key while holding down the Go key on the machine control panel; 

2. Press the up or down arrow key to display the drum unit. Press OK; 

3. Press the up or down arrow keys to select the color of the drum unit that is depleted. Press OK; 

4. Press the up arrow key to reset the drum unit counter.

1. Select "Cancel"; 

2. Select "Settings"; 

3. Select "All Settings"; 

4. Scroll up or down, or press the up or down arrow key to display machine information; 

5. Select "Machine Info"; 

6. Select "Parts Life"; 

7. Touch the dial pad area to light up the LED; 

8. Press and hold "#" until the information displayed on the machine changes; 

9. Select the color of the drum unit you want to replace. 

10. Select "Yes".

11. Select "Home".

1. This error is caused by the chip data missed.

2. Please solve it by reinstalling the toner cartridge.

3. If it can't be solved, please contact to the agency to replace the chip and install the toner cartridge again.
