    4. Press the up arrow key to reset the drum unit counter.

    6. Select "Parts Life"; 

    7. Touch the dial pad area to light up the LED;

    8. Press and hold "#" until the information displayed on the machine changes; 

    9. Select the color of the drum unit you want to replace. 10. Select "Yes". 11. Select "Home".

  • Indicates that there is no toner cartridge
    • Indicates that there is no toner cartridge

    1. This error is caused by the loss of chip data;

    2. Please solve it by reinstalling the toner cartridge;

    3. If it can't be solved, please contact to the agency to replace the chip and install the toner cartridge again.
